More Butterfly Experimental Animations

It says 任 "ren" ("task" or "duty") on the wings in Chinese.
Got some more experimental Butterfly effects animations made in Adobe After Effects at UMASS Boston.

This one has another Chinese character ALSO pronounced "ren" but totally different meaning.

Well, I reprogrammed the other one, and got a few different renders:

Nice and weird. My kind of weird.

This one here, I offset, and rendered from the side and squashed/stretched it. You can read the Chinese 忍 bigger on this one. I

I do also have an Egyptian blue lotus thingy I did, but I don't know whether I can do what I want with it yet...

I want it to melt like plastic, rubber, or wax...

I'm hoping I can use these in my Final Project for my video class. At the moment I'm still hauling ass for my waterfall video mapping instillation art video project. Talk about cramming & pressure!

Inktober Butterfly Adobe After Effects Butterfly Experimental Animations UMASS Video Project

Inktober 忍 Butterfly Adobe After Effects Butterfly Experimental Animations UMASS Video Project

Here are 2 test animations of some experimental effects animation created using:

Adobe Photoshop 6.0
Adobe After Effects

This one is the first render from last week:

Here's the 2nd render from today:

The Original Photoshop Clean-up work:

And the Original Inktober Drawing in my sketchbook done with graphic art markers:

I actually have so many ideas, and I wanted to do a lot more with these experiments, but I had limited time, money, and access to time 1 on 1 w/my instructor. I also don't Own After Effects, nor a computer modern enough to handle the newer versions of Adobe CS programs, or Davinci Resolve.

Anyways, I am starting all over to create an entirely different project, and altho' I LOVE these, I will be creating a Projection/projector Video Mapping style Installation Art project.

My OTHER video project I created for my UMASS video class is HERE.
